Municipal Court is held in the Law Enforcement Center located at 413 3rd Avenue North Wahpeton, ND 58075. The courtroom can be accessed by using the entrance located on the south side of the Law Enforcement Center.

Initial Appearances are scheduled on Thursdays at 6:00pm.

Hearings/Bench Trials are scheduled on Fridays beginning at 1:15pm.

Non-Criminal Citations are required to be paid within 14 days of the date of the citation. If you wish to request a hearing regarding the alleged violation you must do so within 14 days of the date of the citation, after you have posted the bond you will receive a court date.
